Intelligence or aptitude tests
are a form of cognitive tests that measure your general intellectual
ability. They often include general math items as well as vocabulary and reasoning questions to determine your thinking and
reasoning abilities. Since intelligence is defined so broadly, various tests are used to
assess it. While some tests take up to two hours to complete,
others used by many employers take only fifteen minutes to complete.
