How to Apply
Collinsville High School
- Call the office at 618-482-6996 for more information.
- Applications can be found in the Counseling Office or Room 109 at CHS.
Completed Application Packets Include:
- Two recommendation letters filled out by high school teachers, counselors, and/or administrators.
- Proof of parent/guardian income, health insurance information, and a current report card.
- Parent and student signatures.
Applications can be turned into your school guidance counselor or to the Upward Bound Scholars Academy offices at the SIUE East St. Louis Center. Once the completed application packet is received, you will be notified by mail or phone to schedule an interview.
Hours of Operation
Academic year
- Students meet every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 9 a.m.-noon.
Summer component
- Students are on the SIUE campus from Sunday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., pending field trips. Students are dropped off at Bluff Hall.
