- First-Time Advising: Pre-Planning Worksheet [off-site link]. This is for any student newly admitted to honors who has never had a traditional, face-to-face advising appointment with their honors advisor. Use this in conjunction with the Honors Office visit to your honors class in Week 3 of the fall semester. If you are not a new first-year student, but you are new to the University Honors Program, you should also use this link.

- Withdraw from Honors [link]. If you are currently enrolled in honors and would like to withdraw from participation, you must complete the linked form.
