Advising Forms
First-Year & First-Time Advising
- FALL USE: First-Time Advising: Pre-Planning Worksheet [link currently inactive] This is for any student newly admitted to Honors who has never had a traditional, face-to-face advising appointment with their honors advisor. Use this is conjunction with our visit to your honors class in Week 3 of the fall semester. If you are not a new first-year student, but you are new to the University Honors Program, you should also use this link.
