CSDI is pleased to welcome renowned jazz musician Bryan Carter to SIUE as the featured speaker for the LGBTQIA+ History Month Celebration. Carter will share his personal coming out story and the role that jazz has played in teaching him about love and self-acceptance. Light refreshments will be available. A Space for Healing: A Film and Discussion

Please join us for a screening of "The Miseducation of Cameron Post." The film is based on the novel by Emily M. Danforth and follows the main character as she is sent to a gay conversion therapy center. Discussion will follow, led by Dr. Courtney Boddie, Director of Counseling Services.
