Celebrate Phil Busey's Retirement Today

Phil Busey retired from SIUE Dec. 31 after working more than 22 years.

Busey worked as a desktop technician for Information Technology Services.

He worked with the School of Engineering, maintaining faculty, staff and lab computers and servers.

2015 W-2's Available

We are pleased to announce that 2015 W-2’s are ready and available online
through CougarNet (Banner Self Service).

If you have already signed up to receive your W-2 online through CougarNet
you may log in,
view and print your W-2 for 2015 (and previous years if applicable).

  • Select the Printable W-2 button at the bottom of the screen to print your W-2. 
  • Print multiple copies for submission to federal, state and local entities, if needed.
  • Review Help Text (top right corner) for information on how to print an
    approved format for different web browsers and for 
    a brief description of
    each of the codes that may be listed in Box 12 of your W-2
    .

If you did not sign up for this early on-line method, you may sign up now through
CougarNet or a paper W-2 will be mailed to you at the end of the month.

or you may view the instructions on how to sign up and receive an electronic

You must register in order to guarantee a spot in orientation. Supervisors are asked to register their new employees who do not have access to this e-mail.

Meridian Award Applications Due Feb. 1

Looking for funding (up to $5,000) for your SIUE Community-based Project? 

The Meridian Society is looking to fund projects that demonstrate a collaborative effort between an SIUE unit and a community organization. SIUE College, Schools, Major Units, Departments and Organizations (including student organizations) with an SIUE account are invited to apply for the 2016 Meridian Awards.

The Meridian Society is pleased to participate in assisting SIUE and the community it serves through annual awards.  Please visit Meridian Society to find a copy of the application/proposal.  For more information, contact Julie Babington at 618.650.2378 or via e-mail at meridiansociety@siue.edu.

ITS has Joined Eduroam

ITS is excited to announce that SIUE has joined eduroamthe Global WiFi for academia programming.

Eduroam will replace SIUE-WPA as the primary WiFi network on the Edwardsville, Alton and East St. Louis campuses, effective by the end of January 2016. Please make sure to configure your device to use eduroam before that time.
