Kiyoko Proctor Receives Final OVC Freshman of the Week Honors

Kiyoko Proctor is names the Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the week for the fourth time this year.
Just last week she was named both the freshman and player of the week. Proctor continued her strong scoring stretch, averaging 21.5 points per game over the final two regular-season contests. She scored 24 points against Western Illinois and added 19 against Eastern Illinois, shooting 45 percent from the field across the week. Proctor knocked down six three-pointers, dished out six assists, and played more than 35 minutes per game while leading SIUE's offensive effort.
Proctor's efforts helped her team clinch the No. 7 seed in the OVC tournament. Proctor and the Cougars are slated to compete against UT Martin March. 4 at 3:00 p.m.
