Amy Nusser is the Director of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), leading university immigration compliance and international student and scholar advising. She serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO), overseeing both F-1 and J-1 programs at SIUE. She also manages the H-1B sponsorship of foreign national faculty at the University. Amy has enjoyed over 15 years in international education, with experience as an immigration advisor, ESL lecturer, and Peace Corps Volunteer. She holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
