Interested in Becoming an IMPACT Center Trainer?
Please fill out the IMPACT Center Trainer Interest Form! All faculty, staff, students and community members are eligible to apply. Applicants are chosen based on several criteria, including a commitment to building an inclusive community and willingness to facilitate training sessions with other faculty, staff, students and community members. The IMPACT Center administers training and workshop sessions with a co-facilitator model.
If selected, IMPACT Center Trainers must complete the IMPACT Center Train-the-Trainer Certification Program. The 100+ hour educational experience prepares trainers to design and deliver thoughtful and engaging educational content to others.
What does it mean to be an IMPACT Trainer?
- IMPACT Trainers are leaders in moving the campus and community toward its mission of being anti-racist and inclusive of all identities.
- An IMPACT Trainer develops and facilitates workshops for campus and community participants.
