Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and data analysis functions. Understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and reporting concepts. Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data visualizations for decision-making. Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Interest in higher education, enrollment management, student success, or institutional research.

Position Description

As a Graduate Assistant in Enrollment Management, you will apply information systems, data analytics, and business intelligence skills to support strategic decision making across the university. You will collect, analyze, and transform enrollment-related data while designing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards. These dashboards help university leaders monitor admissions, enrollment trends, retention, financial aid, and student success metrics. This position provides hands-on experience with data visualization, reporting, process improvement, and executive-level analytics in a complex organizational environment.
