• Up to $8,064 per academic year (2026-2027) 
• Open to Illinois residents with financial need.
• FAFSA needs to be filed as soon as possible after October 1. Priority awarding consideration is provided to returners who file their FAFSA by December 1.  
• Award based on financial need as defined in the state formula.
