Kevin Serafin
Kevin T. Serafin has been with CEMCON, Ltd. for 32 years and, as President and a managing partner, he is involved in all aspects of running the company, including sales and business development; oversight of human resources, including training and recruitment; oversight of corporate financial status and financial document analysis; oversight and management of staff; negotiations with vendors. Mr. Serafin's key strengths are relationship building and creative problem-solving skills, leveraging the value of his network to enable clients to reach solutions to complex problems.
Mr. Serafin is experienced in planning, and design for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional infrastructure improvement projects. Mr. Serafin’s experience is focused in the single-, multi-, and mixed-use residential developments, and has been involved with a number of high-profile master planned communities in the Chicago Area.
