Changemakers Scholars reflect the diverse population of SIUE students, who have a wide range of interests, backgrounds, and professional goals. Changemakers represent the broad spectrum of students and the pathways they pursue in conjunction with their academic and co-curricular activities. Students with similar academic and professional interests may choose different pathways and may choose different co-curricular activities. A personalized general education experience is central to the SIUE Changemakers initiative. The flexibility to find meaning and synergy with one or more pathways is what makes Changemakers as unique as the students enrolled at SIUE.
