Students who major in philosophy and are interested in graduate studies should make certain to gather as much information as they can on philosophy graduate programs in order to assess whether those programs are likely to deliver the ends for which the student seeks further philosophical studies Students are strongly encouraged to talk to a member of the SIUE philosophy faculty about graduate school before applying.
