Accounting Information System (AIS)
The Accounting Information System, commonly referred to as AIS, is the database that contains all of the University’s Financial Information.
To login to AIS, find an EForm, request a prior month's AIS report, or sign up for on-line AIS Training, please follow these links:

- AIS EForms - ITS site with all the current AIS electronic forms and instructions.
- AIS Report Request - If you need a prior month financial report, please complete this on-line request and we will send you a copy.
- AIS Training Registration - Fiscal Officers and Delegates need to take the training course in Blackboard before access is granted.

- Payroll (Budget to Actuals, Pay History, Employee List, Payroll Detail, and Earning Codes)
- Grant (Project to Date, Expense Transactions, Open PO's, and Payroll Information)
