If you experience problems with your telephone, call x5500 and be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your name.
- The location of the phone experiencing the problem.
- The telephone number that is experiencing the problem.
- A description of the problem you are experiencing.
- A call back number different from the one for which you are reporting trouble.
If your call is directed to voicemail, be sure to leave a message including the information listed above, so that a technician can be dispatched from that voicemail message.
Most trouble tickets are cleared within one working day.
