Cost
General admission ticket price is $25. Student tickets may be purchased for $5 from the dean's office.
Sponsorship
Student ticket sponsorship makes it possible for our students to attend the Annual Awards Banquet at a reduced cost. The Banquet program and website will recognize all sponsors, unless you choose to remain anonymous. You may opt to sponsor individuals, students from a particular department or student group, or donate toward general student ticket price reduction.
To become a sponsor for the banquet, contact the Dean's office directly or fill out the sponsorship form provided with your RSVP packet.
Payment Methods
Cash is only accepted in person at the Dean's suite in the engineering building, room 3057 or at the JESC table the night of the banquet.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card payments online at this time. Check and credit card information are accepted at the Dean's suite, the JESC table at the banquet, by phone, or by mail using the payment form with your RSVP packet.

Your receipt and tickets will be sent as soon as your payment information has been received. If you RSVP within one week of the banquet, so that you will be sure to receive them on time, your receipt and tickets will be held for you at the JESC courtesy table at the banquet.
