Jennifer AlbatInstructional DesignerJennifer’s interests include project management, humanizing online learning, the neuroscience of learning, accessibility in course design, and multimedia learning theory among many others. Her experience includes 9 years of teaching in both online and classroom environments. Jennifer holds a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Educational Technology from Lindenwood University. With the familiarity of being in both faculty and student roles, she has a unique perspective on the development of courses. Pamela WilliamsInstructional DesignerPamela is an experienced educator and student in both online and blended classrooms. Her career has focused on higher education, educational technology, and adult education. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University, and master’s degree in Human Resource Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Her research interests include adult literacy, diversity, and instructional design.
