Construction Management Project Assignment

The assignment involves preparation of a proposal for CM services for the construction of a warehouse project. The proposal should include a) engineering estimate; b) construction schedule in PDM format; c) description of CM services and associated fees.

Engineering design drawings and specifications will be furnished for the project to each group.
