| Scheduling Software: | Primavera for Windows (Version 2.0). Student Versions of the Software with manual are available for $35 from Primavera. Check with Dr. Bodapati. |

| Description: | Comprehensive survey of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques including Arrow Diagram Method (ADM), Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), PERT and GANTT Charts. Project progress measurement and variance analysis. Approximately 50% of the course work involves application of Primavera to scheduling. |

| Objective: | Prepare the construction student for planning and scheduling duties in all aspects of construction practice. Hands-on exposure to the scheduling software currently used by the industry. |
