For the last 22 years he was associated with Sverdrup Corporation in St. Louis, and has taught construction management courses at Washington University in St. Louis.
Professor Bodapati recently recieved the Outstanding Professional Engineer in Education Award from the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers. He is the advisor for Sigma Lambda Chi Honors Society Upsilon-2 Chapter at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
