Just to let you know, I tweeked the second bullet under "success criteria" and the first bullet under "assumptions" on the POS.

Here's what the success criteria  statment was

• Survey of help desk focus group indicates calls related to educational applications on the Notebook supported by the university decrease by 50% as opposed to the Notebook itself. 

Here's what I changed it to

• Survey of help desk focus group indicates calls related to educational applications on the Notebook supported by the university decrease by 50% as opposed to calls made about the Notebook hardware. 

Here's what the assumption statement was

• All students have a basic understanding of Notebook usage.  

 Here's what I changed it to

• All students have a basic understanding of Notebook usage, through previous use of computers, smart phones, etc.
