I would just like to extend a heartfelt welcome to students majoring in either  Secondary Education or Speech Pathology. A career as a teacher or a speech language pathologist requires both commitment and vision (and probably a sense of humor).  I am a certified teacher English 6-12 and have taught courses and worked here at SIUE for fifteen years. Students are my top priority. If you have questions or concerns about anything, I am always available even if you do not have an appointment. If you have a question that I cannot answer, I will find someone who does know the answer. Our office staff is both friendly and courteous. Please stop by and say hello.
