Most of the following Lectures and Assignments are PowerPoint presentations saved as a Web Page (html).  You can view the file in its entirety as a web page, however you can only print one slide at a time.  First, double-click on the lecture, then to print a slide, right-click on the slide (on the right-hand side) and select "print", or you can right-click on the slide title on the left-hand menu, and select "print as target."

You DO NOT need the PowerPoint software program or PowerPoint Viewer.
