Write a pitch letter to an appropriate publication for a story related to your company.
Summary:
This is a pitch letter to Bill McClellan, a writer for the St. Louis Post Dispatch. From my understanding, Bill deals with articles such as mine. Also the St. Louis Post Dispatch is the most purchased published newspaper in St. Louis. The pitch to Bill was to publish a story about Lt. Dan Riordan who died while serving his country. It would be great for the public to see his story and be able to help on the trivia night remember his name.
I was working with the soldier’s family to include St. Louis Pizza & Wings into the trivia fund-raising night. Now that I have introduced the two, St. Louis Pizza & Wings works annually with the Lt. Dan Riordan Scholarship fund for a trivia night every November.
