Crossfit Circuits


This page contains a variety of Crossfit workouts.  Some are more difficult than others, while others can be considered warm ups.
My advice is to try to implement (ADD, not substitute) at least one of these workouts within your weekly regiment. 

The names of the workouts are hyperlinked to videos, demonstrating the workout.  This should help reduce any confusion on how to do
an exercise within the workout, and so forth.
