The SIUE Psychology Club helps to educate students, especially those majoring in Psychology by sponsoring events that increase awareness on what they can expect as undergraduates and graduates, having volunteer graduates meet with undergraduates to answer questions about applying and work load of graduate school and help them understand what they can expect in the futureBesides helping students, Psychology Club  supports the field of psychology by supporting events such as "Walk to End Alzheimer's" and other similar events to increase support and involvement in the psychology community.

Besides hosting multiple psychology based events, Psychology Club sponsors many social events ranging from barbeques to bake sales to rock climbing!  Some events accommodate guests and generally promote social activity.  Especially for students new to SIUE, these events can act as a good opportunity to increase one's social circle with others that share a common interest and connect with more of the SIUE community.
