·         Defined problem statement and scope of the Laboratory Information System in a medical center.

·         Created Entity Relationship, Class, Data Flow and Use Case Diagrams for the system using Visio 2010.

·         Worked on a live project as a leader of delivery and evaluation team to create “Today’s PM Professionals” video.

·         Created project plan for the team including subtasks and sub-deliverables, created survey to collect feedback from the PM symposium attendees and finally summarized results in a report.

·         Created Gantt chart, network diagrams, analyzed project performance using Earned Value Analysis and produced reports (like earned value over time report).

Summer Projects, B.TECH-GJUS&T

                   Summer 2007 / 08

·         Project leader for a team of four members to design and develop a smart phone security application that provided features like locking inbox and address book for low cost handheld devices. Used Java/ J2ME“Java 2 Micro Edition” for software development. It was selected as one of the best project in IT department.

·         Defined requirements, designed test cases, documented boundary conditions and created a defect tracker.

·         Created a web based Faculty Management system to ease the process of hiring new contractual faculty, and managing work assignments. Gathered requirements, designed and developed user-interface.

·         Created SQL queries, triggers and procedures to manage database access, and support business logic.

·         Volunteer for health and social awareness events, and fundraising events for eradication of polio and communicable diseases in Hisar, Haryana.

·         Cleared National Eligibility Test for lectureship and was granted Junior Research Fellowship in 2010.
