Service
Dr. Engel is an active member of the Institute of
Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
and serves as faculty adviser to the IEEE student branch here at SIUE.
Dr. Engel was elected to serve as Chair (2019) of
the St. Louis Section of the IEEE.
