The Beginning

Meet the Parents

My parents met and graduated from Illinois State University in 1981 during my mother's junior year. After almost ten years of dating they finally got married in July of 1990. They both grew up on the south side of Chicago and once married decided to move to the suburbs which was about 15 minutes away from where they grew up.

The Siblings

I only have one brother but in December of 2004 my cousin Beonka, who was 11 years old at the time, came to stay with us for one Christmas and two months later she moved in and became a part of the family. My mother became her legal guardian in 2005. My brother and cousin are the same age so they were in the same class and graduated at the same time. They are both freshman in college now!

Growing up

I was raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and lived in the same house my whole life. From Pre-school on up to my senior year of high school I attended catholic school and really took a lot from it.When I was still in grammar school my parents took us to 6 Flags Great America every summer and every other summer my mother took us on our family reunion. My mother put both me and my brother in various different activities and sports. I've taken gymnastics classes, dance classes(jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop), roller skating classes, basketball camp, and was on the town's fast pitch softball team.
