Interviewing Via the Internet
|
 |
Employment
interviewing is a focused, goal-oriented exchange between two people
where an employment candidate presents his education, experience, and
personality to an employer who might offer an opportunity.
The
interviewer is attempting to determine whether you have what the company
needs, and the employment candidate is attempting to determine if they
would accept the job if offered to them.
For a successful interview to take place, two important items must be
prepared by the interviewer prior to the actual interview. First,
a job description must be
written and second, a set of interview
questions should be prepared.
Today, the Internet can help with both of these items.
