Subject: Into the 21st century!
I'm pleased to announce that our office will soon have several new services, including Internet access, a Northeast Regional web site, an automated telephone answering machine, and voicemail. I expect these new services to significantly increase our reach into the communities we serve and increase their ability to understand what we do. I'm sure voicemail will improve our clients' ability to contact us as needed at any time of the day or night and it will also streamline Lucinda's job. We'll be having several training sessions on each of these new offices products, so don't worry about not being able to use them yet.
