Frances Carpenter's behavior and attitude have reached the point where I feel something needs to be done. Last week she blew up in the middle of the office, shouting at me in particular and the rest of the staff by implication. She then left the office and didn't return for two days. As Director of Field services, I would appreciate it if you would call her in and explain that her actions are inappropriate and will not be tolerated.
