Morgan provides tips on analyzing the interests of organization members and on how power is used to resolve most conflicts of interest. Morgan also offers tips on how to survive as a manager in a politically charged environment.
Go to the bulletin board and under "Organizations as political systems" post a one page essay in which you describe the most important power resources and the most serious conflicts within your work unit. How are multiple and competing interests managed in your work unit?
