Weaving for the wedding, May-June, 2005

From Yarn to Cloth....to Wedding Favors

These wedding favor bags were handwoven by Tina and Dale Wilson for Peter and Avani's wedding. The warp and weft are 8/2 Tencel; the pattern is an 8 shaft fancy twill. The loom is a 16 shaft AVL folding dobby loom with computerized dobby. They were filled with a poem by Spenser, bubble tube, Jordan almonds and mints, and a packet of lavender seeds.
