Daily responsibilities include answering the phone, taking reservations, greeting guests, seating guests, waiting on guests/ making sure the guests are happy, running food and completing pre-shift/running/closing (cleaning) side-work.

Skill requirements include time management, self organization, familiarity with running credit transactions, good table manners, good communication skills, and able to handle multiple tasks.
