Meridian Scholars Program
Through a competitive process, eligible freshmen applying for fall 2021 can be considered for SIUE's premier scholarship. This academic award includes full tuition, fees and room and board on campus for four years.
To be eligible for consideration, freshmen must apply for fall 2021 admission and have a cumulative 3.5 high school GPA (4.0 scale) or an ACT ≥ 27 or an SAT ≥ 1260. All required documents must be submitted by December 1, 2020 to ensure consideration for the Meridian Scholars Program. The required items include:
- Fall 2021 application
- Official high school transcript
- Supplemental Profile
The December 1 deadline is a postmark date.
All freshmen applicants that meet the criteria described above and submit all required documents by the December 1 deadline will be notified of their status in mid-January 2021.
Students interested in the Meridian Scholars Program are highly encouraged to visit campus or participate in a virtual visit program prior to December 1 to see all we have to offer and learn how SIUE can help fulfill your academic goals.
