SIUE e-Lert WHY-HEC CLOSURE: There is a structure fire near the East St. Louis WHYHEC campus. Smoke from the fire is covering the WHYHEC campus and is in the buildings. While there is no threat to campus from the fire, the WHYHEC campus will be closing at 2:30pm due to the impacts of the smoke.
