Use the resources below to complete the Enrollment (Section 5) and Retention & Completion (Section 6) sections of your Annual Performance Report.
Enrollment and Degrees Granted (Section 5)
- Headcount Majors by Program – 20 Year History (PDF) | Excel
- Degrees Granted by Program – 20 Year History (PDF) | Excel
- Fact Book Annex – Office of Institutional Research and Studies (all reports)
Which enrollment column to use: In the Headcount Majors file, use the column one year before the fiscal year. For example, for FY26 Fall, use the 2025 column.

The Degrees Granted file is already organized by fiscal year, so use the matching column (FY26 = 2026).
