SIUE is hosting its 12th annual Healthcare Diversity Summer Camp on June 21-24, 2022. The camp's purpose is to expose high school students who are underrepresented in the healthcare fields to careers in pharmacy, nursing, dental medicine and others. It is recognized that diverse representation of healthcare students translates into diverse representation in healthcare which is vital to meet the growing needs of our local community, region, country and world. The camp is hosted on the SIUE campus allowing students to have firsthand experience of college life and what SIUE can offer. There is no cost associated with the camp and it is open to rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors from the states of Illinois and Missouri.
