You should now have your textbook and any additional required resources. If you are unable to access your course via Blackboard, please contact ITS at 618-650-5500.
ITS will provide 24/7 support during winter session for e-ID maintenance, Blackboard assistance for students and faculty, and other technical issues. For immediate assistance, all users should contact the ITS Help Desk at 618-650-5500. ITS support will even be available Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. You may also send requests via email to help@siue.edu. However, we do not monitor this account 24/7.
Online tutoring will be available for select courses and on a limited basis during winter session. For information about assigned tutors, availability and contact methods, please visit the Tutoring Resource Center webpage.
