SIUE has one of the largest, most comprehensive engineering schools in the region. Students get internships and co-ops at more than 150 companies like Anheuser-Busch, The Boeing Company, Emerson and Monsanto, and we're proud to say nearly 100 percent of graduates find jobs in the engineering industry.

The Engineering Building features a variety of labs and classrooms, including a robotics lab, wind tunnel, and hydraulics and fluid mechanics lab. The new Student Design Center includes design team workspaces, a project prototyping workspace, and a 3D printing and electronics workspace.
Our direct entry program provides an opportunity for a limited number of freshmen to be directly admitted into the School of Engineering.
