This email serves as a final confirmation for the SIUE Chicago Bus Tour. Students who attend the bus tour will have a chance to have their mandatory Springboard to Success registration fee reduced! Registration information about Springboard to Success will be provided during the tour. Please see the tour agenda below.

Agenda

• Check-in at Morgan Park High School will begin at 10:30 a.m. with SIUE staff. Please look for a Peoria Charter Bus. 
• Morgan Park High School is located at 1744 W. Pryor Ave, Chicago, IL 60643
• Bus will depart for SIUE at 11 a.m. sharp
• Bus will return to Morgan Park High School on Monday, April 10, between 7-7:30 p.m.
• Please arrange for a parent or guardian to pick you up by 7 p.m.
• The bus and SIUE Staff will need to leave Morgan Park High School on Monday, April 10 by 7:30 p.m. It is very important to make sure your ride is on time.

In the event of inclement weather or unusual circumstance, there is a possibility of a campus closure and the tour could be cancelled. Prior to arriving to Morgan Park High School, please visit our website for detailed information regarding the closure of campus.

PLEASE NOTE: All participants need to complete an Assumption of Risk Form. Forms can be emailed or faxed to Kelley Brooks at kbrooks@siue.edu or 618-650-5013. Forms must be submitted before a student is allowed on the trip. Please review the rules and expectations before arriving on campus.

You will receive a final confirmation call this weekend. If your plans have changed, please let us know.
