This email serves as your confirmation for the SIUE Chicago Bus Tour. 

Bus Tour Agenda

• Check-in with SIUE staff at The Westin Chicago Northwest begins
  at 8 a.m. 
• Buses depart at 8:30 a.m. Please be sure you arrive on time. 
• Buses return to The Westin Chicago Northwest on Monday, April 15,
  between 8-8:30 p.m.
• A parent or guardian should pick you up no later than 8:30 p.m.
• Buses and SIUE staff depart on Monday, April 15 at 8:30 p.m. It is very important that your ride is on time.

Transportation, room accommodations, dinner on Sunday, lunch on Monday and snacks on the bus are provided at no additional cost to you. However, you should bring extra cash for any personal expenses you may incur. 

In the event of inclement weather or unusual circumstance, there is a possibility of a campus closure and the tour could be canceled. Prior to arriving at The Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel, please visit our website for detailed information regarding the closure of campus.

PLEASE NOTE: All participants are required to complete an Assumption of Risk Form. Forms can be emailed or faxed to Kelley Brooks at kbrooks@siue.edu or 618-650-5013. Forms must be submitted before a student is allowed on the trip.
