Important Financial Aid Information

We noticed that you have started the verification process for financial aid for 2020-2021. However, you have not yet completed the process. Additional information is needed from you in order to complete your financial aid review and offer you aid for the 2020-2021 academic year. 

To view a detailed message regarding additional verification documents required, please follow the instructions below. 

• Visit CougarNet
• Click Enter CougarNet with your e-ID or Enter CougarNet with your University ID
• Click Financial Aid
• Click on Financial Aid Status
• Click on the drop-down menu and select Aid Year 2020-2021
• Select correct aid year and click Submit
• Scroll until you see You have active messages and then click Messages
  

To determine what documents we are requesting, please follow the instructions below. 

• Visit CougarNet
  
• Click Enter CougarNet with your e-ID or Enter CougarNet with your University ID
• Click Financial Aid
• Click Eligibility
• Click on the drop-down menu and select Aid Year 2020-2021
• Select correct aid year and click Submit
• Current Academic Year Requirements will appear on the screen
• Established means the document must be turned in to our office immediately

Please submit all requested documents in order for us to continue your financial aid review. Financial aid forms can be found on our website.
