Spring 2020 Pass/No Credit Option

Greetings,

Spring 2020 grades are now viewable on the Final Grades link in CougarNet and within the Pass/No Credit application. As a reminder, you may view more information about Pass/No Credit options on our Pass/No Credit webpage. Please review the information carefully before making your choice as you will not have the opportunity to reverse your request.

If you do not wish to request Pass/No Credit, but need a copy of your transcript, select "Retain Existing Grade” within the Pass/No Credit application. As soon as your final grade choices have been confirmed, the temporary transcript hold will be released on your record.

• Login to CougarNet 
• Select Student and then click on Pass/No Credit
• For each class displayed, use the drop down to select either "Retain Existing Grade" or "Request Pass/No Credit"
• Once a selection has been made for all displayed classes, click Submit
• A final confirmation message is displayed, "By selecting OK you are confirming that you have considered the consequences of your choice, consulted with an advisor and understand that the decision is final and my not be revoked." Select OK or Cancel

If you request Pass/No Credit, your request will not be submitted to the Office of the Registrar for processing until your advisor has approved the request. You will be notified when the request has been processed.
