Submit Graduation Application
Dear [[FIRST.NAME]],
A graduation application must be on file with the Office of the Registrar in order for the Registrar's Office to award the degree at the end of the term. If you are planning on graduating in one of the following terms, please note the following Graduation Application deadlines:
Graduation Application Deadlines
- Fall semester: October 1
- Spring semester: March 1
- Summer semester:
- March 1 for spring commencement participation
- July 1 for subsequent fall or no commencement participation
Note - Applications should be submitted for the term in which you anticipate all degree requirements will be complete (coursework, thesis/project/exam, all credit hours, etc.).
Also note - Summer graduates may participate in the following Fall commencement cermony, or they may elect to participate in spring commencement if they are within 9 credit hours of degree completion. All summer graduates (regardless of which commencement ceremony they plan to participate in) should submit their graduation application for SUMMER.
