• Important! Please update your current residence in CougarNet consistent with University Policy https://www.siue.edu/policies/1q10.shtml. Where you are physically located as a student while engaged with SIUE may impact SIUE's authorization to offer that education/experience and impact your receipt of financial aid. 
•  Private mental health information disclosure. You have the opportunity to authorize the release of certain private mental health information to an individual you designate. You may declare your intent to authorize a designee by submitting the "Emergency Contact Form - Optional Disclosure of Mental Health Information" document found in the forms section of the Counseling Student Services & Resources web page.
