Registration for Fall 2020 has begun!

To ensure that your enrollment certification for future terms is submitted to the Department of Veterans' Affairs without delay, please complete a Veteran's Benefits Information Form (green sheet) as soon as you register for classes.
There is a new method of submitting your green sheet online. You may complete and submit the new online Veteran's Benefit Information Form (Green Sheet) on the Military and Veteran Services/Educational Benefits web page.
If you're unable to submit online, you may still download and complete the original Veterans Benefits Information form and email to bwojcik@siue.edu, fax to 618-650-3332, or take to the Office of the Registrar, Rendleman Hall, Room 1207 or the Service Center, Rendleman Hall, Room 1309.
Please note: If you have already submitted your form, please disregard this email.
