You made a fantastic decision in choosing SIUE!
Students attending Transfer & Graduate Welcome may submit a photo online. Your Cougar ID card will be ready for pick up at orientation. Every student must have a Cougar Card.
Uploaded photos must adhere to the following guidelines:
- 300x300 pixels in .jpg or .jpeg format
- Color
- Student only
- Background should be plain and single color
- No props, hats, sunglasses, or exaggerated facial expressions
- No Snapchat filters
- Photo should be from the shoulders up
All photos are subject to approval.
Visit the Cougar Card website to upload your photo.
- Go to Submit a Photo Online
- If prompted to set up a profile, use your SIUE email address and mobile phone number
- Click "Click here to login"
- Enter your e-ID and password information
- Click "Upload ID Photo" under Quick Links on the right
- Click "Browse . . ." to open the Choose File menu
- Select the photo you want to upload
- Click "Upload"
- The picture you chose will be on the right, labeled, "Pending ID Photo"
Please give us one business day to process your photo; then check your SIUe email address to see if it was accepted. Please bring a driver's license, state ID card, or passport to verify your identity.
