Affordable Education at SIUE

SIUE's tuition and fees are among the lowest in our region. Paired with a low cost of living in the Edwardsville area, SIUE is an affordable choice for a quality education.

SIUE offers several options to help international students afford studying in the U.S. Admitted international undergraduate students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and a 79 TOEFL score or the equivalent, are eligible to receive the SIUE International Geographic Enhancement Opportunity Award. There is no separate application required to be considered for this award.

Newly admitted international students are also eligible to apply for the Meridian Scholarship, which covers full tuition, room and board, as funding is available.
